Palm Beach Vacation at The Colony Hotel
At the end of March, had a fantastic girls' trip to Palm Beach, Florida. Palm Beach is one of our favorite spots and this vacation was exceptional! My Mom, Claire, Elizabeth and I stayed in the newly renovated Chairish Villa at The Colony Hotel. The Villa provided the perfect setting for a relaxing get-away in sunny Palm Beach.
The two bedroom villa featured a bright, breezy decor with contemporary coastal accents. My Mom woke up the first morning and said it was like sleeping in a coral reef. The wallpaper and coordinating curtains were beautiful.
The Chairish touches of one of a kind pieces, made the decor a pleasure. Our bedroom had two beds with gorgeous lamps, fabrics and finishing accent pieces. The kitchen and eating area were welcoming, classic and stocked with everything we could need. The charming and comfortable living room opened up to a balcony, which was the perfect spot for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Room service for breakfast was a real treat!
The hotel's premier amenity is definitely its location. Within walking distance is one of the most beautiful stretches of beach. We spent each day walking along the water soaking up the views and the sunshine. Also within walking distance of the hotel is Worth Avenue and plenty of shopping and wonderful restaurants.

Back at the villa, we lounged by the pool basking in the much needed warm Florida sun. We loved waking up each morning and making our plan for lunch, shopping or relaxation. In the evenings, we tried different nearby restaurants and none of them disappointed!

Our stay at The Colony allowed us to truly unwind in a beautiful environment, taking in the very best of Palm Beach's beauty and hospitality. It was a rejuvenating escape that we will all remember!
One of the highlights of our vacation is we hosted an emilyOandbows Trunk Show at the Worth Avenue JMcLaughlin store. We had a delightful afternoon meeting so many followers who traveled near and far to shop our new merchandise and say hello. The JMcLaughlin store is lovely and was a pretty spot for our afternoon Trunk Show.
Here is a list of restaurants we enjoyed this time in Palm Beach. Most of them are our favorites. Since March is still high season, we were happy we made advance reservations for each night.

Swifty's - One of our favorite parts of The Colony Hotel is this fantastic outdoor restaurant. The ceiling of flowers with the tables surrounding the pool make the space a must see for lunch or dinner. There is outdoor furniture on the lawn and pretty scalloped pool umbrellas. Every night there is live music. We love the menu, the service is great and there is both an indoor and outdoor bar. Our favorite drink is the Monkey Business! Bingo is every Sunday evening and Trivia Night is every Monday.
Renato's - Located off of Worth Avenue, it great for lunch or dinner. We had a delicious lunch outside on the patio one afternoon.
Le Bilboquet - Located on Worth Avenue, we love the upbeat and lively environment and the food is always perfect!
La Goulue - Located on South County Road, this restaurant is always a spot we look forward to dining at.
BiCE - Located on Worth Avenue, we love the action and activity in this Italian Restaurant. We usually eat outside nestled in the little walkways off of Worth Avenue, but this time we ate inside and it was very enjoyable.
Café Boulud - This restaurant is located inside the Brazilian Court Hotel. We ate outside, which is very tropical and lush, but the inside has a quaint bar and nice for dining as well.
In addition to shopping on Worth Avenue, we love the Saks Fifth Avenue store in Palm Beach because it is a great size and we always leave with great pieces. Elizabeth found two dresses for upcoming dances. We also purchased cute dresses for Easter and spring.

Another shopping spot with beautiful stores and restaurants is The Royal Poinciana Plaza. We spent a couple of hours meandering around the pretty shops. Our favorite purchase was matching Roller Rabbit Palm Beach themed pajamas for the four of us!
We also made a stop at the darling needlepoint shop, Lycette. My Mom left with an adorable new project. They are so helpful with choosing threads and make the process fun and enjoyable!
Another favorite stop is Hive in West Palm Beach. Hive is a collection of a few stores. One store is home and gifts, another is a women's and men's clothing store and they also have a children's area. Once you are done shopping, the Bakery & Cafe is a must for brunch, lunch or an afternoon pick me!
The best part of our Florida trip was my sisters and Mom spending time laughing and talking! Our March get-away was a memorable and special vacation together.
